Bookkeeping

We offer a comprehensive bookkeeping service on computerised systems. Depending on your size of business these can be done on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. We are happy to work at your premises, or alternatively save yourself the overheads - and we will use ours. We also offer a paperwork collection service.

 Vat

If you are vat registered, then we can incorporate VAT calculations within your book-keeping, and prepare and submit Vat returns online for you.

 

Accountancy

As we have over 30 years experience in accountancy preparation, we can prepare accounts ready for filing, at a much smaller cost to you. We can do these from our previously prepared bookkeeping, or bring along your own. Be it a an organised neat set of files, a box of loose paperwork, or even the trusty carrier bag of curled up receipts, nothing frightens us!  

 

Sub-contract to Accountants

Accountancy workload comes in peaks and troughs. Consider us next time you have a temporary staffing shortage. We can work at your premises or can make weekly collections for accounts to be prepared on our premises with our own overheads. No need to tie yourself up in employment contracts, when we can work for you on an casual invoice basis. Full CV's are available upon request.

 

 

 Payroll

We can look after your staff wages for you, calculate them, provide payslips, and look after your monthly and annual PAYE paperwork headaches.

 


Tax returns

We can calculate your self assessment tax returns on your behalf, avoiding risks of errors or penalties.

 


Business start ups

We are more than happy to give encouraging and useful advice in becoming self employed. We can help you make sure that you tell the right people at the right time. Virtual Office Services

We are happy to take on administrative work on an ad-hoc basis. Whether it be letters or invoicing, data processing or spreadsheets, we can make it happen. We love the number crunching and paper shuffling!
